Lifegroups are an essential part of our community at Calvary. They meet to study the Bible, to pray together, and to build relationships.
- Lifegroups study God's Word. Groups study the Scripture passage from the morning message. They use the passage as a launchpad into discussion questions that help you take what you have learned and apply it to your life. Other groups might use topical studies on marriage, raising a family, or discovering your spiritual gifts. No matter what your group studies, the topics are firmly grounded in the Bible.
- Lifegroups means people are praying for you! On a given week you might be struggling with family, with your job, or you might need support for other difficult situations. Lifegroups care deeply for one another, and are committed to praying for you when you need it most.
- Lifegroups help big feel small. It can be difficult to make connections when you sit in a worship service with lots of other people. In a large room we often only learn the names of the people who are sitting closest to us! So Lifegroups help you to build friendships so that the big church feels a bit smaller.
