Intentionally Investing in the Younger GenerationWarning - this news article expired on 2016-04-03. Information may no longer be accurate or applicable

Hey everyone! I hope you are doing well. I am so excited to see some of the amazing things that are happening in the Jr. High Six8 ministry, and more recently, the Jr. High Sunday school ministry that has been made available at Calvary each Sunday.

The first Sunday in Jr. High we really had an amazing time. We learned about the hope that we have in Jesus both in this life and in the life to come. We played some fun games and had some laughs.

Intentionally investing in the next generation is very rewarding. You never know what kind of impact some of your words or actions will have on someone. We have the potential to radically impact the next generation for the glory of God. We can point them to Jesus, we can show them the love of Christ, we can model the godliness, righteousness and holiness of Christ, we can point them to the faithfulness of God, and teach them how to be faithful to God in His strength and power.

It doesn't matter how old or how young you are. You can make a significant and lasting impact in someone's life today. Do this for the glory of God, and to shine forth the righteousness and love of Christ in your hearts.

So who is God bringing to your mind today?

Let's be a light in this dark world! And let's make a greater impact in the world for the better.

It starts today! The King awaits!
